The apartment has two rooms. One room has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, while the second room has two separate beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. This layout is especially practical for children, as the beds are separate.
Guests have access to a bathroom, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a kitchen, a cooking hob, and a refrigerator with freezer. The apartment does not have an oven. It also features a balcony with a view of nature and olive trees, an outdoor barbecue for use, and parking in the courtyard.
The apartment has an area of 50 m² and is only 50 metres from the beach. The beach is sandy. In front of the house, there is a shop, a bakery, and a fruit stand.
To reserve the apartment, it is necessary to pay a deposit equal to two nights. After payment, we will send you a voucher, that is, a booking confirmation. Air conditioning and tourist tax are included in the price.
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- If cancelled 90 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the advance payment.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
